Just a few months after opening her store in the small town of Wailuku, Maui. Madame Donut was interviewed and tells the story of the typical day in the donut shop and what it entails to make artisanal donuts.

Much have changed since then but Madame Donut continues to pivot and move forward with her beloved donuts.
